Our estate care is exactly that: watching. We visit, we report, we coordinate the people who keep the house well, and we prepare it before every return. This is care and lifestyle management, not rental management: we do not let your house, we look after it.
Scheduled visits to the house through the year, with a photographic report after each one. You know how your home is, without asking.
Coordination of the teams that keep the house alive: housekeeping rhythms, garden and pool maintenance, seasonal deep cleans.
When something needs fixing, we bring the people we already trust, obtain fair quotes, open the house, and see the work through.
