You write to us, by form, email or a simple hello. We ask the questions that matter: who is travelling, what the days should feel like, what would make this trip the one you remember. Fifteen minutes, no commitment, nothing owed.
We design the stay and present it clearly: the house or hotel, the tables, the experiences, and transparent indicative costs. Nothing is booked and nothing is due until you say the word. We adjust until it is exactly right.
Once confirmed, we secure every element with our partners: the property, the reservations, the boat, the chef, the drivers. Quietly, ahead of time, and always through one contact. You receive a single, complete itinerary.
From your first transfer to your final morning, we are reachable at any hour. A table change, a boat for the afternoon, a request no one expects: you message us, and it is handled. Usually within the hour.
