When you contact us, we collect only what you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number if provided, and the details of your enquiry. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics that identify you personally.
Your information is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to design and manage your trip. We never sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes. Suppliers involved in your trip (drivers, chefs, property owners) receive only the minimum information required to deliver their service.
We retain enquiry details for as long as needed to serve you, and client records for the period required by Portuguese law. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing contact@nomadiqconcierge.com.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond promptly and personally.
