These terms describe how we work. They are deliberately short: our engagements are personal, and the details of each trip are agreed directly with you in writing.
NOMADIQ is a private travel concierge. We design, arrange, and coordinate travel experiences in Portugal on your behalf. Individual services (accommodation, transport, dining, activities) are delivered by carefully selected third-party suppliers, each responsible for their own service.
Every engagement begins with a conversation and a written proposal setting out scope and fees. No work is undertaken, and nothing is owed, until you confirm the proposal. Supplier costs are always presented transparently.
We accommodate changes wherever possible, and often at short notice: it is part of the service. Cancellation terms for individual bookings follow the conditions of each supplier, which we communicate to you before you commit.
We select every supplier with care and stand behind our recommendations. However, we act as an intermediary: liability for the delivery of individual services rests with the supplier providing them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under Portuguese consumer law.
